I purchased this for our wedding anniversary in August, it just felt right. I had forgotten all about it due to a phone call that I had never expected to hear. At the age of just 60 my worlds heart stopped & would not respond to the very best of efforts over the course of an hour. If it weren't for our now adult 3 kids, I might have thought him just a dream. It sounds corny but I had a rotten childhood & was still living it when my husband & I met. He introduced me to life, not just survival. We married in 1984, August. I hadn't been able to cry, even at his funeral, but weeks later I opened a box hidden by piles of documents & papers, mindlessly folded back the tissue paper & stared. Then the dam burst with a ferocity of noise I didn't recognise. Healing's begun with this token of love, of all my dollies, this one's priceless.
